- 1-2 years of experience required in any industry (added advantage for experience in development / NGO sector)
- Prior experience with outcome-based evaluations is a preferred 
- Prior experience in working with children and youth, working in the field of Education, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation is preferred.
Characteristics
- A foundational understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts. 
- Strong skill set in data analysis using Excel or any other statistical tool. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Gujarati , Bangla or Hindi is preferred.
- Inclination to work on Social Emotional Learning, mental health, and psycho-social development psychology.
- Quick to take action and adept at finding effective solutions to complex challenges. 
- A keen eye for detail and a curious mind that loves to explore new ideas and concepts. 
- Enjoys working with large-scale data and monitoring structures to derive meaningful insights. 
- Openness to frequent travel and working on-ground to support Labhyas programmatic and research activities. 
- Open to experimenting, learning, and growing with a team of like-minded individuals. 
- Demonstrates high commitment to integrity, transparency and trust.
